Thank you to both Gelo and Paul Thomas for all their contributions to our knowledge and enjoyment. This post appears to actually be the 2014 recording of the Lyric Stage production (http://castalbums.org/recordings/Golden-Apple-The-2014-Lyric-Stage/29042/), a spectacular recording, but not quite the one advertised.
