on Broadway in the role of Beast in Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Blanchard also starred in 

Alan Menken's A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden and opposite Robert Goulet in the 

national tour of Camelot, making this album especially appealing to theatre buffs. Blanchard 

recently originated the lead in the new off-Broadway musical Johnny Guitar.
