Description: Musical after Goethe's "The Sorrows of Young Werther". Wetzlar is Goethe's city, and above all is known for the letter romance "Die Leiden des jungen Werther".
Engaged with Goethe and Werther is the person Charlotte Kestner, née Buff. She played an important role in Goethe's Wetzlar life and inspired him to become the "Lotte", the central figure in his Werther novel.

The musical "Lotte" was nominated 7 times for the German Musical and Theater Prize 2015 in Berlin. The booklet contains all song lyrics.
